Amenity Room

The amenity lounge and patio can be used by all residents when available, or booked through the concierge for private functions. The use of the amenity room is outlined in the Promontory's Rules, linked here.

To ensure all residents are aligned with our community guidelines, we have updated our Amenity Room waiver. Paper copies are available in the lobby for your convenience. You may submit the signed waiver digitally or leave a physical copy with the concierge.

Your booking request will be confirmed once the completed waiver is received, along with the required deposit and room availability.

Amenity Room Waiver

To book the amenity room for a private function, follow the below steps

1. Review the calendar below to see if your desired date and time is available. Please note, there may be bookings in progress not yet displayed on the calendar, and as such your booking will not be confirmed

2. Follow the "Book the Amenity Room" button below to submit a booking request. If you'd like to make a recurring booking, please email the concierge instead.

3. Your booking request will be confirmed if you have ALL of the following.

• If the time is available

• If you have a deposit on file

• If you have a signed Amenity Room Waiver on file

Once you receive confirmation over email from the concierge, then the room is officially booked and will be added to the calendar below
