Parcel Receiving

The concierge may accept parcels on behalf of residents in the Promontory, though the specifics of what sorts of parcels may be accepted are outlined on Page 2 of the Promontory rules, linked here.

For parcels accepted by the concierge, they will be processed twice per day and residents should not interrupt the concierge to inquire about parcels unless they've received a notification to collect them.

The concierge and the building are not responsible for the security or condition of any parcels, regardless if they are accepted or not.

Any parcel received will be placed in the parcel room (with exceptions for certain sizes or types of parcel, by the discretion of the concierge), accessible just inside the Fitness Centre door. When a parcel is added to this room, the resident will receive an email alert with the current door code, and location of the parcel.
