Moves and Deliveries

For any change in occupancy, regardless of the amount of property moved, Section 41 of the Bylaws (linked here) must be followed, which outlines requirements to book, fees and damage deposits involved, and more.

Moves can be requested by filling out the form below. In addition, a calendar of upcoming moves and deliveries is included to help residents see if the elevator may be available for booking.

In the case where a resident is expecting a large delivery, the resident should use the same form to book the elevator and ensure appropriate pads and protections are in place.

Regardless of the nature of the delivery, any damage caused by the delivery will be the responsibility of the resident who is receiving it, and as such it is advised to notify the concierge so protections can be in place.
